Lenny Glionna


Lenny Glionna, founded his company Digital Smile Solutions, LLC to meet the growing need and demand for All-on-4 digital workflows after successfully planning and implementing 4 digital design labs from the ground up. He has been personally involved in restoring hundreds of patient’s smiles through All-on-4 reconstruction.

His enthusiasm in the dental field began when he started as a dental assistant back in the 1990’s. He quickly realized the impact he could make on patient’s lives by helping to create and restore smiles as a dental technician. In his 25 years as a technician, he mastered all the traditional processes and realized the direction of this field would go digital.

He is in the unique position of not only being a talented dental technician but also an expert in IT. He has an insatiable passion for technology. He started building and programming computers at 10 years old, including writing software, designing modest electronic devices, circuits and robotics. In 2016, Lenny was one of 12 national winners of the pre-release developers unit of HTC & Valve’s Vive for his design submission using virtual reality as a medical application for education.

After 15 years in the laboratory, he began formal education in Computer Science, fine tuning his IT skills. He began transforming the labs he worked with; everything from optimizing settings, developing design and manufacturing standards, to organizing the lab workflow.

Not only has he been certified in consumer hardware and software maintenance and repair, but he’s also an expert in working specifically with the digital products of Dental Technology. He has decades of experience, education, and self taught skills to become an expert in both IT and restorative Dental Technology.

Lenny has developed and refined a predictable digital process for dental practices. The digital workflow includes the entire spectrum from chairside to lab. Continuing to push the limits in this field, he is constantly seeking comprehensive knowledge for expanding the full spectrum process.
