Dr. Sean is the founder of 4M Institute and is both a pioneer and a leading expert specializing in dental implant solutions. Dr. Sean owns and operates several practices and opened 4M Institute to offer a much needed dental training institute, dedicated to teaching dentists not only clinical and lab training, but also marketing, sales, and leadership.
With extensive hands-on training of his own, Dr. Sean understands the power of post-graduate training to take a practice to the next level. He created the state-of-the-art facility with the most advanced technology and top-of-the-line equipment to ensure students have the most cutting edge tools at their fingertips.
Dr. Sean is a master at vetting out potential patients in a fast growing massive market, and is able to seamlessly transfer that knowledge to dentists in his courses helping them to acquire the skills necessary to complete $20,000 – $50,000 cases. In addition to training at 4M Institute, Dr. Sean lectures around the globe and is currently working on a development deal for a reality based TV show with an established LA based entertainment company. 4M Institute’s World Headquarters is home to the Institute as well as one of Dr. Sean’s leading dental implant practices, 4M Dental Implant Center.

Benjamin Javid, D.D.S.
Dr. Ben Javid is an accomplished Prosthodontist and Lead Educator at 4M Institute, who has completed over 2500 full-arch restorations to date. He has also published research in the area of full-arch treatment. His work has been featured on the the television program, “The Doctors”, and on an upcoming show that is in development. He lectures both nationally and internationally and holds several state licenses as well as the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. Dr. Ben’s passion for his work and his explanatory style contribute to his ability to both lecture and mentor. Dr. Ben received his dental degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. He received his certificate in Prosthodontics from the University of Florida and he later served as a clinical associate professor at the University.
4M Institute is honored to have Dr. Ben Javid as a Prosthodontist specializing in the Permanent Teeth-in-One-Day procedure. Dr. Javid is one of the few prosthodontists in California that specialize in the All-on-4® dental implant treatment concept.

With a diverse background in new product launches, PR, social media, and timely online advertising strategies, Julieanne is known for her refreshingly candid approach to training dentists on how to implement imaginative strategies to connect with patients and their teams. She was a spotlight speaker for INBOUND16, hosted by Hubspot and runs the Social Media division of ZLinked Marketing & Advertising (www.ZLinkedMarketing.com). Julieanne will be helping train dentists on how to become more profitable using timely social media and marketing strategies. Julieanne is the Founder of the SIO Dream Fund Scholarship and is on a mission to “Put ‘RELATE’ back into Relationships worldwide.”

Todd is the owner and Digital Marketing Architect of VT Wyatt, a multi-industry digital marketing and brand agency. With over 15 years of brand and marketing experience, he oversees all aspects of digital marketing for VT Wyatt. Under his leadership, VT Wyatt has repeatedly served as the marketing backbone for rapid-growth entrepreneurs, startups, and overseas companies debuting in America.
Todd has worked with leading companies in the electronics, fitness, financial, travel, and dental industries. In the dental implants sphere, he oversees digital marketing for All Bright Dental, 4M Dental Implant Center, and the 4M Institute, personally focusing on pay-per-click and social media advertising.
Todd graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. He is the published author of six books, including Why Am I? Find the Meaning of Life, Live with Purpose, and Succeed on Your Terms. He teaches digital marketing to entrepreneurs.

Steve Sperry
Steve Sperry, owner of Inventive Dental Solutions. Steve has been a dental advisor providing dental specific coaching, consulting, practice management and marketing services for over 25 years. In 1987, Steve fulfilled his lifelong dream of owning his own company and founded Pinnacle Practices, Inc., which grew into the largest dental consulting firm in the South. Over 18 years, Steve developed in house programs, teaching strategies, and workshops for his dental clients and worked “hands on” with over thousands of practices, ensuring their success. In addition, Steve lectured regularly at dental schools, dental societies, universities, and study groups, and contributed several articles to dental journals and magazines.
In December 2004, Steve sold his company in Dallas, and moved West to Nevada, where he founded Inventive Dental Solutions, LLC. Steve has continued and expanded his work coaching clients in Nevada and Southern California, and has created the LOTUS leadership program for dental professionals. Steve has worked hands-on with thousands of practices, developing and implementing strategic business plans and models for growth and a lifetime of success. Steve’s passion is to train dentists to become leaders who own a business not a job.
Steve’s Specialties include dental practice management, dental marketing, positioning dental practices to add partners/associates, group practices, dental team building, and dental leadership.

He co-founded Lotus – Leadership for Dentists, co-authored the book Hygiene Superstar and co-hosts the podcast Hygiene Superstar the Podcast.
Dr. Czubiak is a practicing general dentist in Camarillo, California. He graduated from UCLA in 1988 and started his own practice from scratch. As his practice grew, so did the challenges. His struggles have given him a firsthand experience of the challenges that dentists all face in running a dental practice.
